1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Wc33 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended and all associated funds will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

3 Account Registration and KYC Process

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at wc33. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Reasons that may result in account closure include: registering false information, holding multiple accounts, bonus abuse, use of automation software, suspected fraud or money laundering, and unlawful conduct.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the wc33 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard policy once all checks are completed.

10 wc33 Liability Limits

Wc33 provides this entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no implied warranty that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions. wc33 will make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability but is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
